What does this fault code mean?
The rear seat entertainment module (RSE) monitors the right screen and sets the code when it detects an internal fault in that screen. The fault lies in the screen itself, which is damaged.
Possible causes
- Damaged right screen
What you can do
- 1Check that the connections to the right screen are secure and not oxidised
- 2With diagnostic equipment, read the code together with its stored freeze-frame values to see what kind of fault it is
- 3If the connections are intact and the fault remains, the right screen is probably damaged; have a workshop replace it
