What does this fault code mean?
The RSE checks the video signal running between itself and the left screen. The code is set when the signal is missing or wrong.
Possible causes
- No signal between the RSE and the left screen
What you can do
- 1Check that the fuses for the rear seat entertainment are intact
- 2With the ignition off, check that the connectors to the left screen and to the RSE are fully seated and free from oxidation
- 3With a multimeter, check that the wire from the RSE to the left screen has no open circuit and no contact with ground or voltage
- 4With diagnostic equipment and the engine running, read the RSE parameters and see whether the signal from the left screen is listed
- 5If the fault remains, have a workshop with diagnostic equipment check the RSE and the screen
