What does this fault code mean?
The rear seat entertainment control unit (RSE) monitors how much current goes to each of the two screens. The code is set when the current to either screen is too high, and then the screens do not work.
Possible causes
- One of the screens draws too much current
What you can do
- 1Check that the fuses for the rear seat entertainment are intact
- 2With the engine running, check whether both screens show a picture
- 3Have a workshop with diagnostic equipment identify which screen draws too much current and replace it
- 4If the fault remains after the screen has been replaced, have the workshop replace the other screen as well and check the RSE
