What does this fault code mean?
The rear seat entertainment control unit (RSE) measures its internal temperature and sets the code when it is too high. The unit is then overheated, and the rear seat entertainment does not work as it should.
Possible causes
- The RSE has overheated
What you can do
- 1Switch the ignition off, disconnect the negative battery lead and let the RSE cool; how long this takes depends on the climate
- 2When the unit has cooled, reconnect the battery and check whether the rear seat entertainment works
- 3If it still does not work, the RSE needs replacing; this is a job for a workshop
