What does this fault code mean?
The road traffic information control module (RTI) has lost communication with the integrated FM multiplex receiver, which sets the code. The fault is intermittent and does not need action if the code does not return.
Possible causes
- The FM multiplex receiver does not answer the RTI in time
What you can do
- 1Clear the code and road test the car to see whether it comes back
- 2If it does not come back, no action is needed
- 3If it comes back, have a workshop with diagnostic equipment check the FM multiplex receiver and the RTI
