What does this fault code mean?
The voltage supplied to the steering wheel angle sensor control module has been too high, and the fault is permanent: it is present now. It arises when a battery charger or starter unit with excessive voltage is connected to the battery, or when the charging system overcharges.

- Battery charger or starter unit with excessive voltage connected
- Charging system overcharging
What you can do
- 1Check that any battery charger or starter unit connected to the battery is set to the correct voltage
- 2Clear the code and road test the car to see whether it returns
- 3Have a workshop check the charging system so that the charging voltage is not too high
- 4The anti-spin warning lamp is on and the fault is permanent, so have a workshop repair it promptly
