What does this fault code mean?
Communication on LIN bus A to the steering wheel angle sensor control module is disturbed or absent, so the cruise control stops working. It is a communication problem that may lie in different parts of the network.

- Communication problem on the LIN bus
What you can do
- 1Check that the fuses for the cruise control are intact
- 2Read and note the code, clear it and road test to see whether it returns
- 3The communication fault may lie elsewhere in the network, so have a workshop check the bus if the fault returns
- 4If the fault remains, the steering wheel angle sensor control module may need replacing, which a workshop should do
- 5The steering wheel angle sensor is part of the car's safety systems, so have a workshop repair the fault promptly
