What does this fault code mean?
The left or right side control module communicates with the supplemental restraint system module (SRS) all the time. The code is set when that communication is disturbed or stops. Fault tracing is carried out in the module that sends the information.

- The fault lies in the module that sends the information, which may be the supplemental restraint system module (SRS).
What you can do
- 1With a diagnostic tool, read the CEM fault codes to see which network the fault is on.
- 2Have a workshop fault-trace the link to the airbag control module (SRS). The airbag system is safety-critical.

- Blind-spot monitoring (BLIS) is not working
- Rear cross-traffic alert (CTA) is not working
- A yellow warning symbol and text message show in the display
