What does this fault code mean?
The left side module reads its own software and matches it against the right side module's software. The code is set when the two software versions are not compatible, which is caused by incorrect software in one or both of the modules.
Possible causes
- Incorrect software is installed in the left side control module and/or the right side control module.
What you can do
- 1Have a workshop reprogram both control modules with the latest software at the same time.
- 2If either module has been replaced, a workshop must calibrate both of them.
Symptoms you may notice3
- Blind-spot monitoring (BLIS) is not working
- Rear cross-traffic alert (CTA) is not working
- A yellow warning symbol and text message show in the display
