What does this fault code mean?
The airbag control module has registered that the driver's seat position sensor is fitted, even though its programming says it should not be. The code indicates a configuration fault. The fault gives an information lamp and an SRS warning message.

- The control module identifies a driver's seat position sensor as fitted, although it is programmed without one
What you can do
- 1Think about whether anything has recently been replaced or fitted under the driver's seat or in the airbag system
- 2Check that the correct airbag control module is fitted in the car; if it does not suit the car it may need replacing
- 3If the fault remains, have a workshop check the configuration with diagnostic equipment
- 4Do not work on the airbag system yourself; have a workshop check it
