What does this fault code mean?
The SRS module receives no information on the CAN bus from the central electronic module (CEM). The code is set and the SRS warning lamp comes on. The cause can be an open circuit in the CAN cable or the CEM not working as it should.

- Open circuit in the CAN cable
- The central electronic module (CEM) is not working as it should

- 1Read and note the fault code with diagnostic equipment
- 2Have a workshop fault-trace the central electronic module (CEM) and check the CAN cable
- 3Do not work on the airbag system yourself; leave it to a workshop
