What does this fault code mean?
The supplemental restraint system (SRS) control module has at some point found an internal fault in itself, so code SRS-0115 has been stored. The fault is intermittent, meaning it has been present but may not be there now.
Possible causes
- A fault inside the control module of the SRS restraint system itself
What you can do
- 1Read off the code, clear it and road test the car to see whether it comes back
- 2If the fault returns, have a workshop with diagnostic equipment check the control module
- 3A replacement control module comes without software, and the workshop must program it
- 4Do not work on the supplemental restraint system yourself; have a workshop carry out the checks and any replacement
