What does this fault code mean?
The restraint system control module has found a fault in one of its internal functions, so code SRS-0124 is stored. The fault is intermittent, so it may have occurred at an earlier time and not be present now. The fault is in the control module.

- A fault in the internal functions of the restraint system control module
What you can do
- 1Read off the code, clear it and road test the car to see whether it returns
- 2If the code returns, have a workshop with diagnostic equipment check the control module
- 3A replacement module comes without software, so the workshop must program it
- 4Do not work on the restraint system yourself; have a workshop carry out the checks and any replacement
