What does this fault code mean?
The supplemental restraint system (SRS) finds an incorrect configuration in the circuit to the stage 2 driver airbag. The software in the control module does not agree with the car's equipment, and that is what causes the fault.

- The software in the control module does not agree with the car's equipment
What you can do
- 1Read and clear the code, then start the car to see whether it returns
- 2Have a workshop compare the car's physical equipment with its software configuration; any airbag part that is connected where it should not be must be removed
- 3Have a workshop replace the SRS module if it has an internal fault
- 4Do not work on the SRS or the airbags yourself; a workshop should carry out all such work
