What does this fault code mean?
The SRS detects an incorrect configuration in the circuit to the stage 2 passenger airbag. The control module software does not suit the car's equipment, which causes the fault.
Possible causes
- The control module is configured with software that does not suit the car's equipment
What you can do
- 1Read and clear the code, start the car and see whether it returns
- 2Have a workshop check whether the car's equipment and the SRS configuration match, so that the right components are connected and set up
- 3Have a workshop replace the SRS module if it has an internal fault
- 4Keep off the SRS and airbags yourself
