What does this fault code mean?
The SRS checks DC voltage in the left curtain airbag circuit. A voltage above the limit for too long points to a short to supply voltage in the wiring.
Possible causes
- Wire shorted to supply voltage
- Shorts in the connections
What you can do
- 1Read and clear the code, drive the car and see whether it comes back
- 2Have a workshop check the wire to the left curtain for a short to supply voltage, and the other connectors in that link
- 3If the wire is intact, have a workshop replace the left-hand inflatable curtain
- 4The SRS work belongs to a workshop
