What does this fault code mean?
The supplemental restraint system module (SRS) checks the internal parts of the left front impact sensor. The code is stored when the internal parts stop working and the incorrect value has persisted for a while. The cause is a damaged sensor, which then has to be replaced.

- Damaged left front impact sensor
What you can do
- 1Read and note the code, clear it, and see whether it returns
- 2Have a workshop replace the left front impact sensor and check that the fault has cleared
- 3Do not work on the airbag system yourself; have a workshop check it
