What does this fault code mean?
The supplemental restraint system module (SRS) measures the voltage in the circuit to the driver's seat position sensor. The code is stored when no direct current voltage is present in the circuit. The cause may be an open circuit in the wire or contact resistance in the connections.

- Open circuit in the wire
- Contact resistance or oxidation in the connections
What you can do
- 1Read and note the code, clear it, and see whether it returns
- 2Have a workshop visually check the connections between the module and the seat position sensor, including contact resistance and oxidation
- 3Have a workshop check the wire for an open circuit and repair what is found
- 4Do not work on the airbag system yourself; have a workshop check it
