What does this fault code mean?
The airbag control module (SRS) has found that an internal part of the driver-side belt reel sensor is not working as it should. Because the fault is in the sensor, it needs to be replaced.
Possible causes
- The driver-side belt reel sensor is damaged
What you can do
- 1Read and note the code, clear it and see whether it comes back
- 2Have a workshop replace the driver-side belt reel sensor, since the fault is in the sensor
- 3Do not work on the airbag system yourself; have a workshop carry out the replacement
