What does this fault code mean?
The airbag control module (SRS) has found a passenger-side belt reel sensor that does not match the car's configuration. The control module software does not match the equipment in the car.
Possible causes
- The control module software does not match the equipment in the car
What you can do
- 1Read and note the code, clear it and see whether it comes back
- 2Have a workshop check what equipment the car should have and whether the passenger-side belt reel sensor should be fitted in it
- 3Have a workshop remove the sensor if it should not be fitted, or configure the airbag control module for it if it should be
- 4Do not work on the airbag system yourself; have a workshop carry out the check and the change
