What does this fault code mean?
The airbag control module (SRS) has found a fault in an internal component of the passenger-side belt reel sensor. The fault is in the sensor itself, and it needs to be replaced.
Possible causes
- The passenger-side belt reel sensor is damaged
What you can do
- 1Read and note the code, clear it and see whether it comes back
- 2Have a workshop replace the passenger-side belt reel sensor and confirm the code does not come back
- 3Do not work on the airbag system yourself; have a workshop carry out the replacement
