What does this fault code mean?
Software part number 2 in the airbag control module has produced an implausible signal, which is an algorithm based fault. The cause is faulty software, and the fault stays until the module has the correct software.

- Faulty software in the airbag control module
What you can do
- 1Erase the code with a diagnostic tool, switch the ignition off for a while and on again to see whether the fault returns
- 2Have a workshop download new software into the airbag control module
- 3If the fault remains after programming, have a workshop replace the module
- 4Do not work on the airbag system yourself; have a workshop carry out all work on the module
