Possible causes
- Damaged alternator
- Damaged battery
What you can do
- 1Have a workshop check the battery's condition and that its terminals are clean and tight
- 2If only SRS-U300716 or SRS-U300717 is set, have a workshop start with the supply cable between the airbag module and the fuse box in the engine compartment
- 3Have a workshop check the alternator's charging function and the battery voltage
- 4After the work, switch the ignition off, switch it on again and see whether the code is gone
- 5Do not work on the airbag system yourself; have a workshop carry out all wiring and control module checks
Symptoms you may notice1
