What does this fault code mean?
The software in the subwoofer module has an incorrect version number, and that is the reason for the code. The fault lies in the software rather than in the sound components.
Possible causes
- Software fault in the subwoofer module
- A control module has been replaced without new software being loaded into it
What you can do
- 1Erase the code with a diagnostic tool and switch the ignition off for a while to see whether it returns
- 2Have a workshop load the newest software into the subwoofer module
- 3If that does not help, have a workshop replace the subwoofer module
- 4After the work, switch the ignition on and check that sound comes from the subwoofer again
