What does this fault code mean?
The subwoofer control module checks its software and finds incorrect or missing settings in its local configuration file. The cause may be a software download that was not completed, or a control module that was replaced without new software being downloaded.
Possible causes
- Software download not fully completed
- Damaged subwoofer control module
What you can do
- 1Check whether the control module has recently been replaced. If it was replaced without new software being downloaded, that is probably the cause
- 2Have a workshop download the latest software to the subwoofer control module
- 3If the fault remains after the download, have a workshop replace the subwoofer control module
- 4Check that the bass speaker plays sound again after the work is done
