What does this fault code mean?
The voltage to the solenoid at the left front wheel is too low. The solenoid sits on the strut, and the Four-C function is blocked while the fault is present.
Possible causes
- Contact resistance in the connections
- Ground fault in the supply wire to the solenoid
- Damaged solenoid
What you can do
- 1Check the connections at the solenoid on the strut at the left front for loose or oxidised contacts
- 2Check that the solenoid on the strut is correctly fitted
- 3Use a multimeter to check that the power supply to the solenoid has no contact with ground (the car body)
- 4Check that the suspension system fuses are intact; the owner's manual shows where they are
- 5If the connections and wiring are intact, have a workshop measure the solenoid and replace it if it is damaged
