What does this fault code mean?
The solenoid at the right front wheel registers no voltage. This may be caused by looseness in the connectors, a break in the wires to the solenoid, or a damaged solenoid, and the Four-C function is blocked.
Possible causes
- Poor contact or loose connection in the connections
- Open circuit in the power supply to the solenoid
- Open circuit in the signal cable
- Damaged solenoid
What you can do
- 1Check the connectors at the solenoid on the right strut and at the control module for looseness or oxidation
- 2Use a multimeter to check that the power supply and signal wires to the solenoid at the right front wheel are not broken
- 3If you have a diagnostic tool, test the solenoid at the right front wheel by activating it
- 4Have a workshop measure the solenoid's resistance
- 5Check that the suspension system fuses are intact; the owner's manual shows where they are
- 6If the wiring is intact but the solenoid does not respond, have a workshop replace it
