What does this fault code mean?
The current from the solenoid at the left rear wheel is too high. This is caused by the power supply wire having contact with voltage, or by a defective solenoid. The Four-C function is blocked.
Possible causes
- The power supply wire to the solenoid has contact with voltage (positive)
- Defective solenoid
What you can do
- 1Check the connectors at the solenoid at the left rear for oxidation
- 2Use a multimeter to check that the power supply wire to the solenoid has no contact with positive voltage
- 3Check that the suspension system fuses are intact; the owner's manual shows where they are
- 4Have a workshop measure the solenoid's resistance, since a defective solenoid can also cause this fault
Symptoms you may notice3
- The general warning lamp lights
- Message in the display
- Four-C does not work
What the fault can affect1
