What does this fault code mean?
The voltage to the solenoid at the right rear wheel is too low. The cause may be poor contact in the connections, a ground fault in the supply to the solenoid, or a damaged solenoid. The Four-C function is blocked.
Possible causes
- Contact resistance in the connections
- Ground fault in the supply wire to the solenoid
- Damaged solenoid
What you can do
- 1Check the connectors at the solenoid on the right rear strut for loose or oxidised connections
- 2Use a multimeter to check that the power supply to the solenoid at the right rear has no contact with ground (the car body)
- 3Check that the solenoid on the right rear strut is correctly fitted
- 4Check that the suspension system fuses are intact; the owner's manual shows where they are
- 5Have a workshop measure the solenoid's resistance and replace it if it is damaged
