What does this fault code mean?

No signal comes from the keypad in the car. This may be caused by a break in the power supply to the keypad, or by a defective keypad. The Four-C function is blocked.

Open circuit in the power supply wire to the keypad
Defective keypad

What you can do

1Use a multimeter to check that the power supply wire to the keypad is not broken
2Check the connectors at the keypad for oxidation
3Check that the suspension system fuses are intact; the owner's manual shows where they are
4If the wire is intact, have a workshop replace the keypad
