What does this fault code mean?
The battery voltage measured by the suspension control module is too low. The fault may be caused by a weak battery or charging system, poor contact in the connections, a fault in the power supply to the control module, or a defective control module. The Four-C function is blocked.
Possible causes
- Battery voltage too low
- Poor contact in the connections
- A break, or a ground fault, in the supply wire to the suspension control module
- Defective suspension control module
What you can do
- 1Check that the battery is fully charged and that the battery terminals are secure
- 2Use a multimeter to check that the battery voltage is normal with the engine idling. If it is too low, have a workshop check the charging system
- 3Check the connector to the suspension control module for contact resistance and oxidation
- 4Check the power supply wire to the control module and its fuse in the engine compartment
- 5If the voltage and connectors are in order, have a workshop check the control module
