What does this fault code mean?
After new software has been loaded into the suspension module (SUM), the rear position sensors must be calibrated. If that has not been done, the module stores this fault code. The code clears itself once the calibration is complete.
Possible causes
- The position sensor calibration has not been carried out
What you can do
- 1Think about whether anything has recently been done to the car, such as replacing the suspension control module or loading new software
- 2Have a workshop calibrate the rear position sensors; the fault code clears automatically once the calibration succeeds
- 3Read the fault codes after calibration to confirm that the code is gone
