What you can do
- 1Read and note the code, clear it and road test to see whether it returns
- 2Check that none of the buttons on the audio and phone switch stick or stay in the pressed position
- 3If you have a diagnostic tool: read the status of all buttons on the audio and phone switch in live data and check whether any shows active without being pressed
- 4If the code does not return, no further action is needed
- 5If the fault returns, have a workshop determine whether it sits in the switch or in the wiring between the switches
Symptoms you may notice3
