What you can do
- 1Check whether the steering wheel keypad or module has been replaced recently and that the parts are intended for this car
- 2If you have a diagnostic tool: read the cruise control buttons in live data and check whether they respond when pressed
- 3Have a workshop check that the correct steering wheel module and keypad are fitted
