What does this fault code mean?
The steering wheel module (SWM) has registered that the car has a rain sensor but the button for it is missing. The cause is an incorrect control stalk fitted on the left-hand side, so the rain sensor cannot be controlled with the button.
Possible causes
- Incorrect control stalk fitted on the left-hand side
What you can do
- 1If the control stalk has been replaced recently, check that it is the correct one for this car
- 2If you have a diagnostic tool: read the control stalk buttons in live data and see which ones respond when pressed
- 3Have a workshop check that the correct control stalk is fitted on the left-hand side
