- Wrong version of the steering wheel module (SWM) fitted
What you can do
- 1If the steering wheel module has been replaced recently, check that it is intended for the car's equipment, especially if the car has DSTC
- 2Clear the code and road test to see whether it returns
- 3There may also be fault codes in the brake control module (BCM) that belong to the same fault
- 4If the code returns, have a workshop fit the right version of the steering wheel module (SWM)
