What does this fault code mean?
The code concerns the initial adaptation of the transmission, which lets the electronics, hydraulics and mechanics work together. It is set when any of the initial adaptation steps has finished with an error. The cause is that the initial adaptation has not been carried out.
Possible causes
- Initial adaptation not performed
What you can do
- 1Check that the connectors at the transmission are secure and not corroded.
- 2Have a workshop carry out the initial adaptation of the transmission, as the code is caused by it not being done.
- 3After the adaptation, test drive the car and check that gear changes and starting work as normal.
Symptoms you may notice3
- Yellow warning symbol and message in the display
- The car does not move forward or backward in the selected gear
- The engine does not start
General guidance for car owners. Diagnosis on the car can point to a different cause.
