What does this fault code mean?
The fault code refers to the electric auxiliary pump for transmission oil and shows that the control module has registered that the oil level is too low. It can be detected during normal driving. The fault is general and does not say more precisely what type of fault it is, but it affects the hybrid-related drive modes.

- Low oil level
- Internal fault in the electric oil pump
What you can do
- 1Read and note the fault code, clear it and drive the car to see if it returns
- 2Have a workshop check the transmission oil level, as a low oil level is a cause
- 3If the fault remains after the oil level is correct, have a workshop check the electric oil pump
Symptoms you may notice2
- Drive modes PURE, SAVE and AWD disengage automatically and are not available
- Drive mode HYBRID uses the combustion engine all the time or too often
