What does this fault code mean?
The fault code refers to the power supply to the gear selector module (GSM), which handles, among other things, the shift lock and manual shifting. The transmission control module (TCM) has detected that the supply is short-circuited to voltage. The fault is general and does not say more precisely what type of electrical fault it is.
Possible causes
- Connector or cable is damaged
- Damaged gear selector module (GSM)

- 1Read and note the fault code, clear it and drive the car to see if it returns
