What does this fault code mean?
The fault code concerns power stage 2 in the transmission control module (TCM), which controls solenoids CSMS1, CSPS1 and CCFS. The control module has detected that the power stage has too high a current, that it has an open circuit, or that the voltage out from it is too low. The fault is general and does not say more precisely what type of fault it is.

- Damaged power stage
- Damaged transmission control module (TCM)
What you can do
- 1Read the fault codes in the central electronic module (CEM). A fault there can give the gearbox control module too little voltage, so fix it first
- 2Have a workshop check the cables and plugs running between the gearbox controller and the CEM for corrosion and breaks
- 3If no fault is found, have a workshop replace the mechatronic unit, as the fault is then in the power stage or the control module

- Check engine light lit or behaving abnormally
- No automatic gear change
- No forward or reverse movement with a gear engaged
- The car lacks power when starting off
- Automatic engine start/stop does not work, both while driving and at idle
