What does this fault code mean?
This is an event code showing that the ready pressure for clutch A has been adapted to a value outside the permitted tolerance. It does not point to a fault in the control module where the code appears; it is information. Gear changes may then take a long time or happen too early, too late or too often.
Possible causes
- Leak in the hydraulic system
- Dirt in the hydraulic system
- Damaged clutch unit
What you can do
- 1Deal first with any stored codes for solenoids CSPS1 and CSPS2, as they control the hydraulic pressure of the clutches
- 2Check the transmission oil level and condition, and look for oil leaks
- 3Have a workshop replace the mechatronic unit if solenoid codes are stored, and the clutch unit if needed; if the fault remains, the transmission has to be replaced
