What does this fault code mean?
The transmission control module (TCM) has registered a fault in the status request, a signal sent over the CAN network. The CAN network is the shared communication network between the car's control modules. The fault mainly shows up as the automatic engine start and stop function not working.
Possible causes
- Interference or temporary interruptions on the CAN network
