What does this fault code mean?
The tow hitch control module (TRM) has detected an internal fault in its hardware or software. In older software versions this code may be set incorrectly in place of TRM-B10D668, which concerns a cable fault to the trailer. The trailer lighting may then stop working.

- Incorrect software in the tow hitch control module (TRM)
- Damaged tow hitch control module (TRM)
What you can do
- 1Test the trailer lights with a working trailer to see whether the fault remains
- 2Clear the code and check that it does not come back
- 3Have a workshop download the latest software to the tow hitch control module
- 4If the fault remains after the update, the tow hitch control module needs replacing
