What does this fault code mean?
The tow hitch control module (TRM) has registered an internal fault in its software. The fault may come from incorrect software or from a software download that was interrupted. In that case the trailer lighting may stop working.
Possible causes
- Incorrect software in the tow hitch control module (TRM)
- A software download was interrupted
What you can do
- 1Have a workshop check whether a software download was interrupted, and if so redo it
- 2Have a workshop download new software to the tow hitch control module
- 3Clear the code only once the new software has been loaded, and check that it does not return
