What does this fault code mean?
The tow hitch control module (TRM) has not received information about the car's configuration from the central electronic module (CEM). This can happen when a control module has been replaced without new software being loaded. The trailer lighting may then stop working.

- Incorrect vehicle configuration
What you can do
- 1Have a workshop load new software into the tow hitch control module, particularly if a module has been replaced without software being loaded
- 2If the fault remains, have a workshop load new software into the central electronic module (CEM) and troubleshoot it
- 3Clear the code only once the work is done, and check that it does not return
