What does this fault code mean?
The tow hitch control module (TRM) has registered an electrical fault on ground connection B. The fault lies in the wiring or the connector, and the trailer lighting may stop working.
Possible causes
- Break in the wiring
- Damaged connector
What you can do
- 1Check the connector at the tow hitch control module for damage and corrosion
- 2Check the wiring to ground connection B for visible damage
- 3Use a multimeter to check that the wire to ground B has good contact with the body and is not broken
- 4If a wire is damaged, replace it; if no fault is found, have a workshop replace the tow hitch control module
