What does this fault code mean?
The TV module checks its internal components. The code is set when the module finds a fault in its calibration and parameter memory. The fault is caused by a valid local configuration file not having been downloaded to the module, or by a damaged module.
Possible causes
- The TV module lacks a valid local configuration file, as it has not been downloaded
- The TV module is damaged
What you can do
- 1If the TV module has recently been replaced, the fault is most likely that the software was not downloaded or that the download failed. Have a workshop check this.
- 2Read off the code, clear it and test-drive the TV function to see whether it returns.
- 3Check that the connectors to the TV module are firmly seated and not corroded.
- 4Have a workshop download new software into the TV module and check that the fault is remedied.
- 5If the fault remains after new software, the TV module is probably damaged. Have a workshop replace it.
