Technical Description
DTC C0104 indicates a circuit malfunction or plausibility error in the Traction Control System / Stability Control circuit (frequently associated with TCS switch input, lateral/longitudinal acceleration sensor integration, or TCS modulation actuator circuits depending on vehicle platform). The EBCM/ABS module monitors loop impedance and signal levels. A voltage drop below 0.5V, above 4.8V, or a persistent mismatch between commanded and feedback states triggers C0104, causing the module to inhibit TCS/ESC functionality to prevent unintended brake intervention.
Possible Causes
1. Mekanisk skada, oxidering eller inträngande vätska (t.ex. dryckesspill) i TCS-avstängningsknappen i mittkonsolen.
2. Skadat kablage (gnagskada, klämskada eller kabelbrott) i kabelstammen mellan mittkonsol/sensor och ABS/ESC-styrenheten.
3. Defekt intern krets/mikrobrytare i TCS-knappen eller drift i analog sensorkrets.
4. Dålig chassijordanslutning eller spänningsfall på ABS/ESC-styrdonets matningslinje.
5. Internt hårdvarufel i Electronic Brake Control Module (EBCM/ABS-enhet).
