Technical Description
DTC C0319 indicates an electrical fault within the Transfer Case Lock / Actuator Lock circuit monitored by the Transfer Case Control Module (TCCM). The module performs continuous low-side and high-side diagnostic checks for open circuit, short to ground, or short to voltage across the lock solenoid/actuator coil. If the commanded state does not match the feedback current or voltage drop across the driver circuit for a calibrated duration, C0319 is stored and the 4WD system transitions to limp mode (typically locked into 2WD or neutral).
Possible Causes
1. Defekt låsmagnet/aktuatormotor i fördelningslådan (internt avbrott eller kortsluten spole)
2. Korrosion eller stiftdeformation i kontaktdonet vid fördelningslådan (utsatt för vägsalt och fukt)
3. Kablagebrott eller skavd ledning i chassihärvan mellan TCCM och fördelningslåda
4. Defekt drivsteg/utgångstransistor i styrdonet för fördelningslådan (TCCM)
