Technical Description
DTC C0330 is set by the Transfer Case Control Module (TCCM) when the feedback voltage or logic state from the transfer case/front axle actuator position sensor or switch circuit is out of the plausible range. The module detects an open circuit, short to ground, or short to voltage in the circuit during its active monitoring cycle, inhibiting the system from verifying actual mechanical engagement state.
Possible Causes
1. Korrosion eller fuktinträngning i kontaktstycket vid fördelningslådan eller framaxelns ställdon.
2. Skadad kabelstam (skav mot kardanaxel, avgassystem eller chassi) som orsakar avbrott eller kortslutning.
3. Defekt intern lägesbrytare/sensor i ställdonet på grund av mekaniskt slitage eller intern oljeläcka.
4. Defekt TCCM (drivsteg eller internt A/D-omvandlarfel på ingångskretsen).
